Fudgy runs the most notoriously P2W servers in Unturned. I've found a non-p2w server, and it's pretty damn good, it's called 'Fudgy's DarkRP', owned by a youtuber who plays on his own server, TTK's balanced, there are donator perks but nothing p2w, best DarkRP server I've ever played on, I highly recommend it.
